In this theoretical proposal for a sustainable office building, three climate zones – only one of whose climate is actively controlled- wrap around and protect each other.
This layout generates a variety of work spaces, inhabited according to external and internal temperature fluctuations. Calculations show that the building can be fully used 85% of the year, only obliging users to retract in the climatized zone the remainder of the year. A climate-sensitive and climate-aware regime is installed as an integral part of office life, topped by a radical reduction of energy input.
