Double or Nothing
The monographic exhibition Double or Nothing on the work of 51N4E will be presented in Bozar, Brussels, from June 1st  to September 4th, 2011. A lecture will mark the official opening on May 31st.

Double or Nothing - the book
On the occasion of the Double or Nothing exhibition a book will be launched: Rather than a complete monograph, the volume is sampling work from the past 10 years in an associative sequence. Accompanied by texts by architects and critics relating to the work in various ways, the book is a presentation of the selected projects as much as an excursion into the fascinations and the mentality behind them.

European architecture since 1890
Peter Swinnen will participate in a debate on the theme of European architecture along with Hans Ibelings, Willem van Zadelhoff, Erick van Egeraat and Joachim Declerck as moderator. The debate is organized by De Buren, Sun Architecture publishers, the European Cultural Foundation and the Dutch Embassy in Brussels. It accompanies the launching of the new book by H. Ibelings, European Architecture since 1890.

51N4E and GRAU are invited by the Communauté urbaine de Bordeaux (CUB) to develop an operational strategy to construct 50.000 high-quality and affordable dwellings. 51N4E and GRAU match this ambition with a proposal to develop a new metropolitan vision for the whole territory of Bordeaux.
