51N4E wins Scanderbeg Square Tirana
51N4E has won the international competition for the rehabilitation of Scanderbeg Square, Tirana (Al). The Scanderbeg [  ] project offers a radical new reading of Tirana's most historical and central public space. Works are due for 2009. Other shortlisted offices included Daniel Libeskind Architects, MVRDV and JL Mateo.
